When Can You Apply?
The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship application process is thoughtfully designed to give candidates multiple chances to apply each year:
Cycle 1 opens in November/December
Cycle 2 opens in March/April Applications open: 16 April 2025
Applications close: 15:00 UTC, 4 June 2025

How to apply for Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship
- Look through the list of countries and universities hosting scholarships in this cycle. Please note that only the courses listed are eligible for scholarship funding.
- Visit the relevant university website for more information on your chosen course using the links included below.
- Complete and submit a QECS application for your chosen university/course by clicking the ‘Apply now’ button. Once you’ve clicked apply, you’ll be directed to a log in page. If you don’t already have a myACU account, click get ‘get started’ in the right hand corner of the page to start your application.
- Submit an application to your chosen university for admission to your chosen course. - To register for a MyACU account, please complete the following form: https://crm.acu.ac.uk/form/create-a-new-myacu-account
- You will then need to go to the MyACU login page and access the “Forgot Password?” page: https://crm.acu.ac.uk/user/password
- Input your email address in the “Forgot Password?” page and select “Submit”. You will then receive a one-time link to your email address enabling you to finish setting up your account.
- Once you have finished setting up your account, login using your email address/username and password, and then re-access the link to the QECS form.
